Frequently Asked Questions

Hypertension is high blood pressure and a significant risk factor for cardiovascular diseases. Managing it involves lifestyle changes, medication when necessary, and regular medical monitoring.

The basic tests include the electrocardiogram (ECG), heart triplex (echocardiogram), stress test, and blood tests for lipids and heart function markers. Your cardiologist will determine which tests are appropriate for you.

Common symptoms include chest pain, shortness of breath, dizziness, fatigue, and palpitations. If you experience such symptoms, it is important to consult a cardiologist for evaluation.

The frequency of preventive check-ups depends on age, medical history, and lifestyle. It is recommended to visit your doctor at least once a year for a general check-up.

Heart failure is not completely curable, but it can be effectively managed with medication, lifestyle changes, and, in severe cases, interventional or surgical treatments. Early diagnosis and proper monitoring are critical.
